Wayne Lewis joined Loveland Commercial, LLC in 2009 specializing in the private capital market of commercial and multi-family investment property brokerage. Wayne also serves as Loveland Commercial’s underwriter for commercial and residential development projects and acquisitions. Wayne is the Marketing Director for Loveland Commercial’s affiliated entity Midtown Homes, one of Northern Colorado’s largest private home builders, and is responsible for the company’s product positioning and market research.

Achievements
Wayne Lewis has been engaged in the real estate business for the past six years and has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation training. Prior to joining Loveland Commercial, Wayne was a member of The Matlock Group at Marcus & Millichap and has been involved in the valuation and/or brokerage of more than $400,000,000 in private and institutional quality investment property. Wayne is a Cum Laude graduate from Colorado State University and holds a Bachelors Degree with a major in both Commercial Real Estate and Finance Investment Analysis. Over a five year period, Wayne worked in a marketing and administrative support role for The Group Inc. Real Estate, recognized as one of the top producing residential firms in the nation, in both their residential and commercial departments. Wayne also spent time in 2006 working for Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, a private REIT, assisting in the underwriting of retail, office, and industrial properties.
