» Nick Galluzzo, Broker Associate

Nick graduated from Colorado State University after completing the Real Estate & Finance program within the College of Business, and in addition he received the Certificate in Entrepreneurship.  During his time at Colorado State, he earned his brokerage license, and started with Loveland Commercial through an internship in May 2010. Upon graduation, he became full time with Loveland Commercial, where he is a commercial broker serving all of Northern Colorado. In addition, Nick works with the sales and development arms of Midtown Homes, which is the residential building and development subsidiary of Loveland Commercial.

Nick is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.  Nick is also participating in Leadership Loveland, involved with Ram Real Estate Partners, (an organization of recent CSU Real Estate Alumni that works closely with the CSU Everitt Real Estate Center and Homeward 2020) in an effort to raise money for charitable causes through events, and was the chairman for the 2011 golf tournament. Outside of the office, Nick enjoys snowboarding, hiking, running, playing guitar, and attending various sporting events.
