 Currently Eric is developing various commercial parcels and residential subdivisions in Northern Colorado with commercial developments ranging from 5,000 to 500,000 square feet and with tenants such as King Soopers, Office Depot, Home Depot, IBM and Blockbuster Videos. Eric continually lectures for the Business School at Colorado State University and the Economics Department at University of Northern Colorado, and has authored numerous papers on international real estate investment.
Eric possesses extensive consulting experience specializing in real estate investment, asset management and disposition, corporate and project loan pool analysis and restructure negotiations, lease analysis and negotiation, corporate management consultation, and Board of Directors representation. Eric’s career is diverse and impressive, ranging from his PhD in Economics, to his experience as an international investment portfolio manager in Los Angeles.
