» Blaine Rappe, Manager/Partner
 Blaine Rappe graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor¹s of Science degree in Accounting from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. Following graduation Blaine joined Moore Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as the company controller financially managing multiple residential and commercial entitlement/development projects.
In 1998 Loveland Commercial, LLC was founded by Don Marostica and Dr. Eric Holsapple, CCIM and Blaine was named the company controller financially managing over twenty (20) individual companies. Blaine has over seven (7) years experience with construction & real estate accounting, purchase and sale contract negotiations, construction finance, real estate tax planning and property management.
Blaine has been involved with developing over 1,500 residential size lots in both Larimer and Weld counties. Blaine has managed the Thompson Valley Towne Center (115,000 s.f.) and a 380 unit self storage facility for the past three (3) years and is the managing partner of Thompson Valley Management, LLC.
Currently Blaine is pursuing his Certified Property Manager designation through IREM. Blaine is married and has 2 children and lives in Loveland.
